These shoes can be worn with jeans or skirts dress up, dress down, very classy, and yet can wear for hours. I feel they run true to size I wear a 7 that is what I ordered I do not have a narrow foot it's kinda wide at the toes, but this shoe makes my feet look very pretty, sexy too. I am 50 something, and I don't think it's just for young women. The wedge heel is very supportive to walk on and the straps fit nice not to tight.
