Ordering this boot was the first order I made from heels.com and I must say that it was a great experience. Shipping was very fast =] The only upsetting issue was that the boot itself runs VERY SMALL. I usually wear a size 7 - 1/2 and I had heard that the boot runs small. So, I went with a 7 1/2. When I received the boot, I realized that they run very small. I am reordering in a size 8 1/2. Hopefully that fits better!
